The Kingsdown Team 2008

Our intrepid team of 22 walkers including teaching and non-teaching staff, therapists, parents and friends, successfully completed the 13.5 mile Moonlight Colourthon sponsored walk on Saturday 5th July 2008.

The event was organised by the Round Table to help raise money for numerous charities.

The walk started at Chalkwell Park at 8.00 pm and the last of our walkers crossed the finish line in the park at 12.30 am.

All of the money raised has gone towards a new sensory room at the school and the team successfully raised £4,929.12.
